Making the Forum work.
Our Development Plan will guide our work for the next four years.
Our Annual Work Plan sets our what we will work on for 2008/9. This is drawn up in consultation with members and at our Annual Trustee/Staff Awayday. Trustees undertake quarterly monitoring of achievements against the workplan and a 6 monthly strategic risk assessment.
