Membership Criteria
Membership of the Community and Voluntary Sector Forum is inclusive and open to community groups and voluntary organisations that support CVSF's aims and objectives.
CVSF is free to join for groups and organisations which have a yearly income of under £25,000. For groups and organisations with an income of £25,000 or over we ask for a small contribution according to a group's or organisation's yearly income.
Your group or organisation is eligible for membership if:
you are a community group, voluntary organisation or other not-for-profit organisation which pursues general charitable or social objectives (eg a Community Interest Company or Social Enterprise)
your group or organisation is active in or operates to benefit communities in Brighton and Hove
your group or organisation has a constitution or other accepted rules of working and your aims, objectives and working methods are written down in a publically available document
your group or organisation has a commitment to equal opportunities.
You can download a membership form to join the CVSF here. The form details the level of contribution your organisation may need to make if your organisation's yearly income is over £25,000.
