CVSF Future Planning
Every 3-4 years CVSF reviews what is has been doing and what is happening in the outside world so that we can plan for the future. The priorities identified are then outlined in a strategic plan which determines what we do and how staff, trustees and supporters measure our progress. The current strategic plan is due to finish in March 2011 and a new plan for 2011-2014 is needed.
CVSF is continuing to develop its strategic plan in consultation with members and wider stakeholders. Consultation feedback, together with draft strategic aims, are now available to download.
Members are invited to comment on these outline ideas to sally@cvsectorforum.org.uk by the end of November.
