Policy & Consultations
The role of the community and voluntary sector is an important one in shaping and influencing local (and sometimes regional or national) policy. The CVSF, as the organisation who represents a broad cross section of the sector, is often called up to ask its members for their responses to consultations.
There are a number of important citywide consultations currently underway, the details of which you can see in this section.
Community Engagement Framework Consultation
Brighton and Hove's 2020 Community Partnership have been talking to people and organisations across the city about a Community Engagement Framework.
City Sustainability Partnership Consultation
Brighton & Hove City Council is set to change its constitution soon and adopt new ways of working. It has taken this opportunity to change the way strategic sustainability work is handled for the family of partnerships under the city's 2020 Community Partnership. Full details on the link above.
