Economic Development & Enterprise Board

The Economic Development and Enterprise Board (EDE) was set up to oversee the delivery of the Area Investment Framework in Brighton & Hove. It reports to the Public Service Board and Local Strategic Partnership and aims to support activities that are of a strategic priority and not supported elsewhere in the City.

Representatives on the partnership come from the Council, 2020 COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIP (LSP), Economic Partnership, Learning and Skills Council, Sussex Enterprise, CVSF, SEEDA, GOSE, eb4u, the universities and the Learning Partnership.

The Area Investment Framework (AIF) maps the spending plans of key public, private and voluntary sector organisations against agreed economic development and regeneration priorities.
